Normally, NC machining center is suitable for complex processing, multi-process, with high requirements and high demand being listed. This can be used to process various types of ordinary machine tools, various fixture, claps that need to be reused for many times, and the parts of high adjustment flexibility. Its processing objects are mainly box parts, complex curved surface, special-shaped parts, composite plate parts.

 (1) Box parts

Box parts generally refer to the parts with a porous system, an inner cavity and a certain length, width and high proportion. Such parts are mainly used in machine tools, automobiles, aircraft manufacturing and other industries. Box parts generally need multi-station hole making and plane processing, high tolerance requirements, especially relatively strict tolerance requirements of shape and position. They usually go through milling, drilling, reaming, boring, reaming, spot welding, tapping and other processes that require more work. 

  (2) Complex surfaces

Complex surfaces play an important role in mechanical manufacture, especially in aerospace industry. Complex surfaces are difficult or even impossible to finish using ordinary machining methods. Usually, the machining method of five-axis linkage is used to guarantee the precision and appearance quality of parts.

(3) Special-shaped parts

Irregular parts are with irregular shapes, which involves point, line, surface, and  multi-station  mixed processing. The rigidity of special-shaped parts is generally poor, considering the clamping deformation is difficult to control, the machining accuracy is difficult to guarantee, and even some parts of some parts are difficult to complete with ordinary machine tools. When processing with machining center, reasonable technological measures should be taken to clamp once or twice. The processing characteristics of machining center mixing are multi-station, and multiple or all processes can be completed.

(4) Disc, sleeve and plate

For disc parts with keyway or radial hole or distributed hole system, bending disc sleeve or shaft zero, such as flange shaft sleeve, keyway or square head shaft parts and porous processing plate, vertical machining center is in place. For example, horizontal machining center with radial holes should be chosen when involving all kinds of motor end face with distributed holes and curved plate parts.

(5) Samples for new products

The machining center has wide adaptability and high flexibility. CNC machining can be fulfilled by compiling and inputting new programs when changing machining objects.
