A message from the General Manager：
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening-up policy, the machining industry began to develop rapidly in the early 1990s. In 1995, I founded a small workshop for wire cutting in Zhuhai. While providing customers with high-quality products to solve problems, my factory also achieved rapid development, winning a renounced reputation in surrounding areas, which also laid a solid foundation for the establishment of Xinrong. Since then, I have known that only by solving the problems and locating the major needs of customers can I realize the growth of the company and myself. Shenzhen is the paradise of reformers, and innovation is the soul. Innovation is not only the cornerstone of the rapid development of Shenzhen, but also the foundation of the development of many enterprises gathered here. During this period, I also followed the wave of reform and embraced the world. On one level, I began to increase the introduction of new research and development equipment and software in the machining industry, and on another level, I also began to recruit talents, building my talent pool to form a system and enter the international market. Heroic power will finally reveal among all heroes only if you ladder to a higher level with big vision and strong determination. We positively step into the world, achieving self-actualization and at the same time actualizing others.
Start-up:
• In 2004, the company was established in Bao’an District, Shenzhen.
• In 2004, 5 sets of high-speed wire cutting were introduced.
• In 2004, 3 sets of low-speed wire cutting equipment and two sets of supporting testing equipment were introduced.
• In 2004, the initial team was established.
Development:
• In 2005, 4 sets of high-speed wire cutting and 1 set of low-speed wire cutting were introduced.
• In 2006, ERP system was introduced to greatly improve production efficiency.
• In 2007, 3 Taikan CNC 3-axis machining centers were introduced.
• In 2008, the turnover of the company exceeded 10 million for the first time.
• In 2009, Hexagon three-dimensional testing equipment was introduced for the first time.
• In 2010, he emerged in the FIELD of CNC and introduced 3 CNC machining centers.
• In 2011, we started cooperation with Foxconn and introduced 4 Sets of Makino spark machines.
• In 2012, we cooperated with Han’s Laser
• In 2012, our company became the Class- A-level supplier of Foxconn.
The leap:
• 8 Mazak CNC machining centers were introduced, and a collaborative relationship was formed.
• In 2014，two sets of 5-axis equipment of Matsuura were introduced.
• In 2015, 20 sets of equipment from Japan, including Matsuura, Mazak, Makino, etc. were introduced.
• In 2016, we got to prepare for cooperation with international well-known enterprises.
• In 2017, we passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• In 2018, we started to cooperate with international well-known enterprises such as Bosch, ASM, Continental and Valeo.
• In 2019, the total number of equipment was expanded to 90, and the number of staff reached 100.
• In 2020, under the influence of pendemic of COVID-19, we strove for an expansion in performance, equipment and team personnel to a certain extent.
