1. Can Xinrong Precision offer services for modifying my design drawings?
Drawings from customers will be meticulously examined to locate the potential risks and unsuitable sections. In addition, we will optimize the drawings to reduce processing costs and shorten the production cycle.
2. What formats of the design drawing can be accepted by Xinrong?
The ideal 3D drawing format would be Step, STL and IGES can also be accepted. For 2D drawings, you can provide PDFs or Images.
3. What is the maximum production of parts in a month?
The number of parts being manufactured depends on the complexity, and 30,000 and 100,000 parts can be produced per month.
4. Can my designs be protected from being disclosed to third parties?
We will sign and abide by any confidential agreement. We also have a strict policy: in our factory, no product photos are allowed to be disclosed without the explicit permission of customers. Over the years, we have cooperated with internationally renowned enterprises, and no drawings have been leaked.
1. When can I receive a quote?
Our engineering team promises to offer you a quote within 24 hours after receiving your design files, and further manufacturing tips are in place for improving your projects.
2. How quickly can I get my parts?
Quality parts can be finished in 3 to 7 days. As for shipping, clients from Europe or America will receive our prototypes in 3 to 5 days.
3. Can you meet the tolerance range I require?
We will definitely stick to the design files to ensure the tolerance range, and if there is any risk in size, we would communicate with you beforehand.
4. What is the precision of CNC milling in Xinrong Precision?
Our equipment that is introduced from Japan can ensure a high precision of 0.005mm.
5. What is the maximum size and weight of your product?
Our maximum size or products is 1000mm*800mm*800mm, and the maximum weight is 2000Kg.
6. Can you process some highly hard materials?
Normally, after close examination, some milling tools like titanium alloys and other superalloys can be customized.
7. How many parts can your 5-axis machines make per month？
The production scale varies with the degree of complexity, and 500 to 100,000 parts can be manufactured each month.
1. What are the modes of delivery?
We can provide all the main modes of transportation in global trade, including international express (DHL, Fedex, UPS), sea freight, China-Europe freight train, truck.
2. What are the trade terms?
Usually we take EXW shipment from the factory as the criterion, but the trade terms can also be negotiated.
3. Terms and conditions of payment?
Bank transfer is advisable, and other payment methods can be negotiated. Generally, we require customers to pay in full before the order starts, and we can negotiate after cooperation for a period including net 30.
4. Does your company have import and export rights？
We are registered with Chinese customs and can import and export goods independently without relying on a third party.
